"awful...can't read anything previously written in chats because the app snaps the chat window back to the bottom no matter what you do...makes it somewhat useless...kind of like my health insurance which is also useless..Also, the app signs you out and you CANNOT sign back in unless you clear your phone...everytime i try to sign back in it just keeps reverting back to the sign in screen...I didn't want an app based health insurance to begin with...this proves why...it's useless."

"Ok, JNeal reached out to me and after 3 more more frustrating events. Gave up on them. What is needed is another cheesy mobile applet to navigate thru Medefy to navigate thru BSBS. WARNING employers avoid this company. I am not one to regularly post negative reviews or complain. But again this a WARNING stay AWAY."
