"We were going to the Sheppard Commissary but it wasn't open yet and only place we could find to have kunc in the area was ar the Base Exchange. Everything nearby was closed on Mondays."

"This location has done great with getting my food to me always consistent and cared for. However, this Charley’s is one of two food places found at this location and it’s not terribly well staffed. There’s two ladies and a gentleman that I’ve seen on rotation and they can barely keep up with the wave after wave of people coming through there location. If you’re in a time crunch, this might not be your place to stop in, if you’ve got some time this Charley’s location will get you taken care of."

"Absolutely shocking experience. I went to buy fries for my son. The lady asked me if I wanted fries. To which I answered yes and she proceeded to roll her eyes and then haphazardly threw fries on the fryer. After a few minutes she says they are ready. I was in a rush to get to the hotel and I gave my son the fries. They were cold. They were hardly fried. 4 dollars wasted by the careless action of this lazy woman. I had my reservations for this chain. This solidified my opinion of them. Steer as clear as you can from this restaurant if your looking for quality."
