"Men used to come to these stores not just to buy clothes but for advice on what looks and what clothes are needed. The salesperson tonight failed to understand that, not could not answer questions but also uninterested in trying and annoyed that I even asked. On top of that all of the measurements were wrong, I was ignored when I said a size was too big and the clothes will need to be pressed again because the shirt still looks wrinkly."

"Sometimes it can feel like this store is a little understaffed but my experience was overall good. The staff were very helpful and easy to work with. They didn’t have my suit jacket size so they ordered one for me which arrived quickly in only three days. Had to have it tailored somewhere else because I was running on crunch time but that’s understandable."
