But if Jeff or Steve isn’t in, (or whatever the guys name is I can’t remember) and the girl is at the register, be prepared to not see what any of the items do. I just feel like, if they have someone working there, they should know how to perform a good amount of the tricks they have and they would get more business , but other than that , one of my favorite places, and the owner is a cool dude too"

"Lots of native Tulsans probably remember the old Top Hat really well. I recently stopped in because I was in the shopping center and hadn’t been in in years. I was disappointed to learn they don’t have the costumes for rent anymore, but the owner told me he had donated them to theater groups, which is really great. Top Hat still has loads of tricks and pranks, as well as a few wigs and smaller costume pieces. I don’t know of another place like it in town!"
