"The bow tie selection seems great but they ended up not having one of my selections in stock. Got a last minute email saying to pick a new one but they shipped my order before I could and customer support response time is terrible. Emails are very short and not well thought through, like maybe provide a link to the bow ties that I can select from, makes things much easier for the customer. Needless to say this well thought out gift was a bust. Would not order again."
