"If you have to make sacrifices, like your last sick day as a teacher (me!!!), to come to appointments, DON’T COME HERE. When they say “ARRIVE 30 minutes early”, they mean that they want you already checked in and waiting 30 minutes early. I arrived at 9:25 for my 10:00 appointment. I waited in line to check in for a couple of minutes. Then, there was a snag with my insurance that took about 8 minutes to figure out. Because that happened, they cancelled my appointment. At 9:38. Even though I was there at the desk at 9:25, checking in early like I was supposed to be. I didn’t arrive late, I was more than 30 minutes early. Apparently, there is ZERO room for something to go wrong in your check in. If you still choose to come here, I’d arrive 45 or more minutes early. Please change the wording on your policy. You don’t mean ARRIVE for check in 30 minutes early. If that’s what the policy was, I would’ve had my appointment that I desperately needed today. I understand needing rules for the appointments to run smoothly, but gosh. I followed the policy and was still cancelled on. Absolutely disrespected my time."

"Like other reviewers, I had an 8:30 appt with their NP. I have seen her multiple times in the past, but I’m considered a new patient. I was told to get there 30 min b4. I got there at 8:07, no one in the waiting room, and they canceled me. I’ve had this appt for months. They r/s me, but I went back in to tell them I won’t be back. I’m married to a physician, and he was speechless when I told him. They will get Zero stars from me. Lanna Schelbar"

"I scheduled (months out) for a new patient appointment. I arrived at 1:20 for a 1:30 appt. I was informed bluntly that my appointment was canceled as I had not arrived 30 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork. Now as a nurse practitioner myself, I see patients that come in, sometimes hours late to their appointment. I don’t expect most people to do that. But. It doesn’t take me 30 minutes to fill out paperwork. I will never use Warren Clinic again and your front desk staff needs a do over. Poor customer service. I hate wasting my time and I have today. I shouldn’t have let this make me so angry. Obviously, the girl at the front desk is not a happy person. Do the doctors in the back know how poor the customer service is in front?? It’s really not acceptable. I know it’s difficult to find good secretaries but my dog would have been more appropriate and nicer. The girl at the desk 100% expected me to walk out angry. I shouldn’t have given her the satisfaction, but there are plenty of other places to set a PAP. Good grief!"
