What?- are you kidding me? All paperwork must have their i's and t's dotted or you're outta luck. Got our referral from our primary on the 2nd of March, and now two months later in June we finally got an appt. for Sept... Gee, don't knock yourself out on helping a patient with brain trauma. After all, we're just John Q Public, that's all. This has been an extraordinary experience for my husband and me as all other business we've had dealings with in OK have been top notch professional and go the extra mile. Don't even consider an extra mile here. You're not even going to get an extra centimeter."

"My primary Dr sent a referral on 11/07/2017. When I finally talk to Heather in December about an appointment, she said she couldn't find the referral. She told me to call them and have them send again and she would be looking out for it and call me. She called me and said she had a cancellation, so I took off work for that day. I explain to her that I was in a car wreak and that I had a claim number that my lawyer had got from the person that hit me from his insurance. She told me to bring all that information with me. So today I went to my appointment and was told they do not take 3rd party insurance and that I would have to pay up front and then get a refund from the 3rd party insurance. I just don't have that kind of money just laying around. So here I am with a hand that feels like its asleep all the time and sometimes it just stops working. I just wishes I was told this before hand and I would have had my Dr. Refer me to someone else."
