"It's good if you need a basic doctor and used to be wayyyyy better. But over the recent years policy changes have made them feel like they are just rushing you through every visit, there no empathy just quick let's do this do that bye see you next time. Many nurses have said they would like to spend more time with the patients but they are being rushed by these policy changes and their bosses."
"They can't care for the patients they currently have, but still take new patients. Any appointment is at least 2 months out. If you're experiencing problems and try for a same day appointment, they tell you to go to the er or wait 2 months for an appointment. I tried calling today, but wait times were up to 15 min. So, I opted for a call back. They called back but I sat on hold 20 min before hanging up. They don't take my conditions seriously and make mistakes on tests they send me out for. Thought I would get stream lined care here. Boy was idead wrong. Time to switch doctors as they are not improving, but getting way worse. I am more stressed than ever before and it's not necessary. I lost trust in doctors and all faith in the medical care that I desperately need!"
"Been going here for a couple years, nothing wrong if you JUST need a doctor for VERY basic check ups. If you ever had an ACTUAL medical issue though you'll be out of luck. Most they will tell you is go to an Urgent Care or Emergency Room and call us back for a follow up... Save yourselves the hassle"
