"I have to agree with the other reviews about the exceptionally rude front office staff. From the beginning, dealing with them has been less then professional (Nightmare.) Deidra is as condescending and phony as they come. Janie will take anything you tell her about your emotional state and turn it against you! They will also lie about 'not' getting a fax from your pharmacy, delaying your medication! If you need to see the doctor without an appointment, forget about it, they will refer you to the ER's that are completely overwhelmed! Hervert is leaving but the front office staff will no doubt stay in place. Sad that an unprofessional office staff can ruin it for everyone! I am now seeing a new Doc! The difference between night and day!! Please do yourself a favor and pass on this office!"

"I've had the most trauma occur in my life as of lately. I've always had stellar experiences with this office until this morning. I called to schedule an appointment to refill my allergy medicine and get a flu shot- which flu shots used to happen in the lobby. I haven't had health insurance in over a year. I've been unable to have the option to come. I've requested from my pharmacy at least three times to ask my doctor to refill my allergy medicine, which they denied. I called, and Deidra talked over me, cut me off and ended up hanging up on me. Yes, she did kindly refill my allergy medicine that I've been unable to access for awhile. The flu shot, I was told rudely to go to the pharmacy for that, which I've never done, so I asked for guidance. She sharply kept cutting me off and saying no appointments as Hervert is leaving...I understand. I have anxiety and it's tough enough for me to call anyone. I don't need someone to treat me as if I'm less of a human, I already think that naturally. Why can't you be kind and helpful? Also, she hung up on me as I was saying, hope you have a nice day. Thanks Deidra, I just spent my morning crying about how I'm insignificant and should have never thought I should be allowed to access any kind of medical care."

"5 star experience. The office staff is polite, efficient and knowledgeable. The nursing staff was fantastic. And Dr Hervert really took his time to listen and explain throughout the visit. I had all but given up on having a medical appointment that worked the way you'd expect it to. Highly recommend."

I have worked in and around health care settings for over 25 years, and as a disabled veteran, I have been to a lot of medical appointments. I have come to know many doctors personally and professionally. Dr Hervert has demonstrated not only excellent medical knowledge and ability, but he has demonstrated kindness, respect, and genuine interest in his patients.
