"My sister called ahead of time to make sure we wouldn't waste gas and time. When we showed up they turned us away. Very organized and professional of them. So I have no idea what's wrong with me and will be doing what I always do and treating myself seeing as we can't rely on our medical staffing to give accurate information."

"Worst urgent care ever! I paid $180 for them to give me meds that made me sicker or don’t work! Instead of just changing my meds they want me to come back in and be reevaluated for another $180! This is within 24 hours of being seen! I am so sick it took all I had to get there to begin with and I live an hour away!! Now I am worse and they want me to drive another hour and pay them another $180! Just goes to show how much they don’t really care about your health, just the money they want from you!"

In fact I had developed pneumonia and I had no idea. Doctor Norman gave me the prescriptions I needed and sent me home. I love this Urgent care, every time I come I’m not disappointed. "I have been going to Medwise for a while. I checked in online which was straightforward. Checkin at the desk was easy. The nurse that took the vitals was fast, efficient and pleasant. Then it was a 30 minute wait to see the nurse practitioner. The NP did not ask any questions, didn’t seem interested in hearing any patient history info despite that my PCP does not use electronic records. The NP did not prescribe antibiotics and so we’ll see how the diagnosis was in a couple of days when I will follow up on my review."
