During my appointment, Dr Lane asked many questions , listened carefully, and offered feedback and suggestions and changes to my hearing aids and checked to see that the actions he took made my hearing better. "Dr. Lang took what hearing I had left and ruined it. I was a patient in early 2000 and I have genetic mid frequency sensorineural hearing loss. To treat this condition appropriately with hearing aids an audiologist MUST have advanced skill due to low and high frequency needs NO or very little amplification I kept telling him over and over that everything was too loud and it was very very painful and I was afraid of losing more hearing. He kept telling me it was in my head and my brain would learn to push extra sounds out. This was not true and after trying for 2 years I was left with severe loss in both ears in ALL frequencies Please do NOT let people guilt you into buying aids, make sure it truly is right for you. If I could go back in time I would have said no. Dr Lang also tried to tell me my young son need hearing aids when in fact he had an ear infection at the time. On that occasion I stood my ground because I knew my son had great hearing he just was speech delayed because he was being raised by a mom who couldn't hear and we had our own language. Once a speech therapist worked with him he was totally fine. I know it's been many years and maybe they are better now but if my journey can help ONE person I'll be pleased. Thank you"

"The receptionists were not super great, they acted like they didn't want to be there and didnt want to help me, and they lied to me about insurance coverage. Kelly the Dr was absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend her. The one removed star is for the receptionists. Kelly is worth 5 stars. If I needed to I would return for her alone."
