"Third visit and I still get the same air of superiority from this doctor. She SHAMES you for every little detail, "oh you don't have the kid's vaccines on you, you can get them from school, you know?" She said, even though I signed a release consent from our previous doctors office and their office was supposed to get those records. "Why haven't you scheduled your ENT appointment, this child shouldn't need to be here again if only you had taken her to the ENT already" she said, even though she referred me two weeks ago and I never received a call from referral. Every time I left that office, she made me feel like a terrible mother, which I know for a fact I am not. She prescribed allergy medication to both of my children just because they had a little bit of sniffles. She prescribes antibiotics like they're candy on Halloween. Overall, this is not the kind of primary doctor I'd want for my family. I'm looking for a doctor that cares and makes you feel like everything is going to be OK and an office staff that's on top of their game with our records keeping. This is not it for us."

"Me and my family love Dr. Koul and her staff. I have been taking my kiddos to her for almost 8 years. I have one child with heart problems and she's takes very special care of him but treats all of my children with the same attentive care. My kids love her and we trust her with their care. Ive been with her through two pregnancies and infants as well and couldn't be happier with the care they have received. I would recommend Dr.koul to anyone with children shes a great Dr. And we trust her with everything."
