"I switch to this office due to wanting to find a provider that listens and understands the needs of their patients. I've been fortunate to have Carly Smith as my new doctor. She is very easy to talk to and explains in detail your treatment plan. The scheduling is easy and convenient from your phone, the office gets back to you within the next business day if you reach out after hours. Also, the nurse that works under Dr Smith is kind and listens to you during intake. I'm glad that I found Axis and I'm very satisfied with the level of care Carly and her nurses provides.
