"Came here from an LTACH to finish 6 weeks of IV 24/7 continuous drip IV antibiotics and foot wound care. If you choose this place for your loved one, do not leave them alone on the weekends. I am 46 with all my faculties and can walk, if the overnight nurse treated me like dirt, how are they treating those elderly that can't speak up for themselves. Over the weekend overnight i have had my antibiotics run out and not replaced until the day nurse came in. I have had my IV pump turned off by the weekend night nurse. All together in two weekends i missed 24 hours of my antibiotics because of the night nurse. If you want hot food go to the dining room. If you can't go to the dining room then too bad, your food will be cold, coffee will be cold. The aides will know this and will hand you your cold coffee with a smile and leave. Not every employee is terrible but for me it has been enough to make me angry."

"If you take a loved one there that has dementia and they tell you bad things you better listen to them NOT the staff! I taped 2 nights without permission of them abusing my mom. They found the second tape unaware I had another one. When they listened to the tape, they refused to give it back. The night CNS's that were on duty were fired. Until my mother died a few months later I literally lived there. We had a friend who had knee surgery and was sent there for rehab had a bad experience. I went to see her the day after they put her there and they couldn't find her pain med order so she went 24 hours without it plus they brought her the wrong food for a diabetic. Her children moved the the following day. I want to make it clear this was in 2006 and in 2013 it maybe have completely changed by now. Just be aware! ANYONE WITH A LOVED ONE IN A NURSING HOME, NO MATTER WHERE, NEEDS TO POP IN WITHOUT NOTICE, OFTEN!!"

"I went to visit a friend of the family, who is in long-term care. I can't say enough positive things about not only the staff but the facility and the Administration! Everyone was pleasant and helpful, and most importantly, friendly. The Management here has really made a difference. It does not fall close to the stereotypical Nursing Home image. I was impressed."

"DO NOT, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!! My mother was a resident here for 5 yrs, only because we had no place to take her cause of her weight. She weighed 350+ and no other nursing facility besides Grace Living Center would take her, they were worst than This place. It was great for the 1st yr then it went completely down hill. The turnover in staff from the director to aides was so frequent , we didn't know who was in charge or who was ever assigned to our mothers room. They were rude, negligent to the patients, my mom had a leg wound that went untreated which led to us sending her to hospital for treatment and other untreated medical conditions which we believe to be the contributing factor for her death. If you love your family member, try to care for them at home if at all possible, this place will kill them off quickly!!!!!"

"I wouldnt send your worst enemy here!!! The facility is one of the worst in midwest city! And the aides are just as bad. My grandmother was in there, and while she was in, we witnessed horrible things. The lady next to her, the aides ate her food, refused to feed her. And took her meds as well as yell and scream at her if she was unable to use the bathroom on command. If this woman had an accident she was left in the clothes until she was so cold and blue in color. This place has got to be put in the light and seen for what it truly is. Your family will not come out of here the same, if even alive. (THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR!!!)"
