"The only complaint I have is the turnover rate with keeping Nurse Practitioners/ Physician Assistants. Especially the females. As a SA survivor and someone who has ASD, consistency is key to a good recovery. I was very heartbroken with Ashlee left. I had her for over two years, and she really helped me. She was the longest practitioner I had at Stanbro. Stanbro needs to have consistency to be successful with the patients that go there. Having patients go through turn-style practitioners states that a change needs to be implemented in this business. With that being said, someone give receptionist Bonnie her own office as I would proudly pay money just to talk to her. She truly makes switching practitioners a calming experience. She is someone that you do not want to lose."

"Dr. Stanbro is the absolute best psychiatrist that I have ever had the good fortune of knowing. I have been seeing therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists for 28 years - since age 12. I've had a few good ones, but none of them could compete with Dr. Stanbro. His staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. I've been a patient of Stanbro Healthcare Group for several years and have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone in that office. Not to mention the positive growth! "The care provider my family saw here was great. She has since moved on. I have also heard that Dr. Stanbro has been a miracle for many families....HOWEVER... Good luck getting a hold of anyone in the office. You are able to leave a message, but the likelihood of a callback is slim to none. This is downright DANGEROUS for a medical office treating an already vulnerable population."

"I'm at a loss reading these negative reviews! I have had nothing but great care and service from Stanbro Healthcare Group. I've been seeing Kristin for over a year now and she's been tremendously helpful. She always takes her time answering questions and is just so fun to talk to. With regards to the staff, they've been great to me. One day I accidentally got on the turnpike and was going to be late for my appointment. I called and we had a good laugh about it. They were great and still saw me despite getting there right at the cutoff to reschedule. I always have good conversations with the staff and I've never witnessed anyone being less than professional. I have recommended Stanbro to friends and family and plan on sticking with them for the long haul."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. It took them three weeks and a phone call everyday to refill my son's prescriptions. The staff is unbelievably rude and disrespectful on the phone and in person. Leslie Edwards has no idea what is going on and refuses to return phone calls. Leslie told us to not make another appointment because she was referring us to a specialist. Yesterday, Joann (the nurse) finally return a call and asked when his next appointment was, I explained what Leslie said, Joann then went on to tell me that's not correct and I should have made an appointment. My husband and I were both at the appointment and heard the same thing. I would look somewhere else for treatment."
