"We had to bring our Akita in on a Friday evening and unfortunately had to put her down. The staff/doctor were so compassionate and understanding, it made this difficult process easy. A week later, we received a sympathy card with our pets paw and nose print. Thank you so much Animal Emergency center for caring for our pup as much as we did!"
"One year ago today I took my cat in for a urinary blockage, and I seen a review exactly like experience I went through. My beautiful cat Ezekiel had a urinary blockage and so I took him in and when I got there they told me it was going to be $2000 have him there before the weekend comes up because at the time they weren’t open 24/7. I understand that ER visits are more expensive but in a time of need and my cats life on the line that is a very selfish price to make people pay. I love my cat with everything I have and so I paid for it. Things were going great for him and he was getting better. But right before the weekend came they called and told me his got worse and way worse than he was when he came in. His kidneys were spiking, went from normal levels to almost tripping in a couple hours, and the best option was to put him down. Before I made a decision I wanted to get a second opinion. And so I took him to another vet to get him checked out. And when I did they were looking at the notes and they seen that they clapped his catheter and left it clapped almost a day until I picked him up. He is doing perfect now and is a very happy guy now. I do NOT recommend this place if your animals has urinary traction problem."
"Very nice people but very high pricing. Will probably seek a cheaper option if time allows (next time) but they were great for my little man. Felt somewhat transactional - but the quality of care seemed high. I’m so very sad for my dog so I’m probably emotional during this review. The people and care were great, I was just shocked at the prices."
"We were on vacation and our little dog Milo ate a corn cob while we were away. We rushed home and on a Sunday thankfully the emergency vet clinic was able to help Milo. Dr Keller is amazing! He did everything possible to make sure Milo was okay. He had X-rays and ultrasounds, a scope and finally ended up just having to have it surgically removed. We’re grateful for the care he received from Dr. Keller and his staff. The picture attached is of the cob that was removed from his belly."
