"They are fast and can get an appointment fast. Only complaint I have is that I called with a medical question a few times today and no one answered, and the dr called back and basically scolded me about it. I wasn’t aware about a lunch hour just figured they were helping other patients so I called back the callback response was kind of unprofessional and came across as rude."

"Would not recommend, first of all the doctors I've been to since going here for my medical issues tell me that this doctor was writing my prescriptions with doses like I was an 80 year old woman, I'm a 40 year old man. Then I had severe neck pain and this doctor treated me like I was lying about it or something, took him weeks to send off my referral for images and never even put his hands on me to see where I hurt or anything, when my wife an r.n. confronted him about taking so long he said he was backed up and I would just have to wait, then he finally sent my referral off without any documentation and of course insurance denied it. I've since been diagnosed with c spin issues. I've been to good doc's that care since this guy and he ain't it, I understand now why he avoids eye contact."

"Dr. Nguyen is the bees knees!! And Timber is just as amazing! It took him 1 month to know what was wrong with me while other doctors were on year 10 and still couldn't tell me anything except I was fat and over exaggerating. The bad reviews here are ridiculous. I know I can be hard to deal with as a patient due to being neglected by so many doctors in the past, but not once have Timber or Dr. Nguyen had an attitude with me. My son has ADHD and he was bouncing around the office during his appointment, and Timber was so patient with him. My son felt so comfortable around her. He's never like that with new people. Timber is very sweet, and comforting. Dr. Nguyen always listens to what I have to say. He has helped me start healing mentally and physically. I have suffered from ADHD, CPTSD, Lupus, spinal stenosis, arthritis, and other things for years. I have went to so many doctors who told me to just lose weight. They did no blood work, no x rays, no mri, nothing. My first appointment Dr. Nguyen sent me for blood work, and within a month I was diagnosed with Lupus and we were able to start treating the problems. Dr. Nguyen saved my life while other doctors were happy to watch me suffer and waste away. Like I said before, Dr Nguyen and Timber are the bees knees!!!! Also, if you prefer a female doctor, his wife works in the office on Western and she is also the bees knees."
