"Our experience with Dr. Gleason was horrible. After waiting nearly half a year for an appointment he didn't even bother to show up until almost 2 hours after our scheduled time. His assistant, Linda, was rude beyond belief only opening her window to snip at any question you ask or to yell at children there (who were, in fact, behaving quite well). Having come with our own child, I was amazed at the way she talked to the people in the waiting room. Dr. Gleason was worse. From the moment he came into the room I was brought to and for the next 20 minutes he harped on and on about how he would not stand to have children overrunning his business. Informing me that he would refuse to help me as long as I had brought a child with me there. He said he was "Dead Serious" about not seeing me if it happened again. Even after I told him that I wouldn't again he would not stop bring it up. I listened to about 20 minutes of him ranting about the children, never once getting further then asking if I was married. Finally I couldn't take it anymore, told him so, and left. I will never go back there again. I don't know what strange problem he had with children but I remember his website saying that he treats people ages 4 and up... I don't believe it. The man was nearly manic in his obsession. As I was leaving the woman at the window came outside to watch and glare at me as we got into our car and drove away. The two of them seem made for each other. I'm at a loss, so I'm sharing my story here so that other people will be forewarned. There's an element of trust needed to do that kind of work and I'm sure that will never happen."
