"The public should know: this clinic will not see established (or any) patients for any injury that occurred at work. That means that if you get hurt on the job, you can't even see your primary doctor if you go here. Scheduler stated, "We signed an agreement with the State of Texas that we will not see anyone for workplace injuries." (paraphrased but very close to that verbiage) ... Why would a doctor's office "sign an agreement with the state" that they can't see their patients if they get hurt at work? Feels very unethical, gave us a bad feeling and we won't be returning here."

"I have been coming here for several years and normally I have been taken care of. I have been there twice in the last 2 weeks and still sick. I have sinus infections and allergies this time of year.I got that swab that tests for RSV, Covid and Flu and it came back negative. I was given some meds because my ears were red but nothing for the cough or sinus issues. I went back in this week still sick and was given cough medication, an inhaler and oral steroids . Was told to call Friday and leave a message and if I wasn't better I could possibly get another prescription. I did and got a call back saying just keep using the inhaler and if not better by Monday come back in. Sorry but why 2 or 3 or more office visits to get an antibiotic for a sinus infection like usual? I don't make it a habit to go to the Dr unless I'm sick so why the run around?"

"First of all RUN , stay away from this Doctor office. They don’t care about your health or how you are feeling. They don’t listen to you and are very rude people. There is to many Doctors in Grayson county to have to put up with their unprofessional behavior. The patient should come first and foremost.,, you are paying them for their services, they work for you !! Again I would run away from this place. Just read some of the feedback from others and make your decision. Good luck to you."
