"We love TPG! Dr. Dhoot has been great with my two girls and they both love her. She is thorough and explains everything well. We love all of the NPs as well. Everyone is compassionate and reassuring. The hours are extremely convenient as well!"
"TPG is AMAZING! Sarah, and Abby are such amazing people and they always are willingly to help anyone with a beautiful smile! The best part is I truly feel heard as a parent and my concerns are addressed immediately."
"Dr. Lipscomb and his team are absolutely amazing. He genuinely cares about his patients and the whole family. There has never been a time we haven’t felt loved and taken care of. If you are looking for a pediatrician, I highly recommend!"
"TPG does not have the correct operational procedures in place to support how large they have grown. There are too many receptionists with too much turnover. This position serves as the gatekeeper to medical help but consistently drops the ball. Over-scheduling, unsolicited advice, and general ineptitude is what I have experienced from reception/scheduling in my daughter’s 10 months as a patient at TPG. I have consistently waited 30 minutes for care. My last appointment I waited an hour before one of the 6-7 receptionists realized they never checked me in. On top of the wait when you are seen, you are being rushed through to make way for all the over-scheduled patients in the lobby. Overall, TPG feels like a poorly run business rather than a place to heal and provide medical advice. Old patients of Dr. Lipscomb have a different impression of TPG, but in its current state I would caution new patients (especially new parents) to look elsewhere. Choosing your provider is the beginning of an 18 year relationship. TPG is no longer in the business of building that relationship and doctor-patient trust. The convenience offered by a large practice in this case does not outweigh the negatives."
"My son constantly has strep. We are about to get his tonsils removed the end of this month. With many Dr’s visits I have to say this office has been so amazing! They literally listen to everything I have to say as a parent. Dr. Lipscomb is really a nice guy! Honestly his whole staff is excellent! I am so glad I chose this place. I will never bring him anywhere else. Even when it’s busy these people get it taken care of with a smile on their face! Thank you guys so much for always taking care of my little man!"
