"first off fluorescent white lighting is so 2014 let’s fix that before you even try on the food because the food is a lost cause anyways, I ordered “cheese fries” and waited about 15 minutes for the so called cheese fries, we literally watched the employee roll his eyes back in a sassy fit after being told to make my order. when the food was finished the “man” (no real man has a buzzcut in november 2023) basically threw the CHEESE FRIES on the counter and did not say a word. when i opened the cheap styrofoam box, there were fries.. with un melted shredded white cheese sprinkled on top. fries were not only seasonless they were soggy, cheese was UNMELTED, not only the use of pre shredded cheese on a $6 simple appetizer is unwarranted in my books but the fact it was UNMELTED makes me feel a lump in my throat, not because i’m gona cry, but because i was gona throw up the salty but yet unseasoned fries."

"I ordered a thin crust and a deep dish online. My aunt drove 45 minutes to pick it up. They had "no orders in their system". So my aunt waited another 30 minutes for them to make the pizza. She specifically told them and showed the worker there a receipt of what we ordered. She drove 45 minutes back home only to see find that both these pizzas are hand tossed. We ordered a deep dish and thin crust... my aunt isn't from Chicago so she wouldn't have know but I am... You guys don't deserve the Rosati's name. I should have listened to all the negative reviews. Do not expect Chicago-style pizza if you order from here. Close this location and try again..."

"So I just went to Rosati's pizza at the Woodlands hilli mall. I will give them a 1 out of 5. First of all we just came out of a pandemic. When you serve food please put some gloves on to serve your customer. That for me just a no no. Second the pizza tasted so bad. It's like they soaked the whole thing in grease. Just awful."
