"This was my first time at this Journey’s Location & will definitely be my last. Firstly, let's talk about the staff. I was quite appalled with what I was seeing. If I could give them a rating lower than zero, I would. Not only were they disinterested in helping me, but they also seemed to go out of their way to ignore my presence. It's as if they were actively avoiding making a sale. The epitome of customer service apathy. But wait, it gets worse. When I finally managed to flag someone down to assist me, they were not only rude but also completely incompetent. It's like they had never heard of the concept of basic manners, let alone how to assist a customer in finding what they're looking for. Instead of helping, they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by daring to ask for assistance. And let's not even get started on the condition of the store itself. It was a mess. Merchandise strewn about haphazardly, like a tornado had just ripped through the place. It was clear that no one had bothered to tidy up or organize anything in ages. The whole atmosphere was chaotic and unwelcoming. The employee working also had “Family” present in the store & after the store had closed; this family member was still present inside the store with all the merchandise & money from customers. That opens up a huge can of worms. In conclusion, if you enjoy being treated like dirt and subjected to abysmal customer service, then by all means, shop at Journeys. But if you value your sanity and self-respect, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. You'll thank me later. Kind Regards"

"Absolutely awful.. I was the only person in the store.. there was no greeting at all.. after asking for 4 different pairs of shoes and being told they didn’t have them in that size I asked do you know what is in that size? Her response to me was I don’t know I don’t even work at this store. I had my two kids with me and grabbed their hands and said let’s go somewhere else where they actually care to help customers. The WORST and most UNFRIENDLY customer service I have ever experienced!!"
