"I will never order from Pizza Hut again. They outsource all delivery through doordash which will ensure that your food shows up cold. When you have an issue with any missing items you won’t find help in the app, through calling the store, or through calling their answering service. Even the guy from the call center said that he doesn’t eat pizza hut and didn’t want to take my complaints. I’ve never had such careless food in my entire life and I regret my entire purchase. I’ll eat somewhere where they actually care to talk to a customer or care about at least getting the customer what they ordered. It’s literally theft to make a process like refunds so hard that no one will chase it down, they know it, and they don’t care."

"I put in an order on Christmas Eve around 5pm and it said it would be there by 6. Around 6:15 I called to check in and was answered and put on hold indefinitely. I hung up after 10minutes and called back and went to their customer service hotline. They attempted to route me to the store and it sent me back. I don’t know ny through this 8 different times after being dropped when transferred. One of the employees said this store had been called in on several times and was “being petty and not answering or refunding like they’re supposed to.” Finally at 7:20pm they notified me that the store had closed for the night and I would be issued a refund within 5 business days automatically. Having to find food options that late on a Holiday after hours of waiting was the difficult. I understand being busy but if you’re unable to fulfill an order atleast communicate that."
