"First of all I didn't appreciate the attitude of the girl taking the orders in the drive through. She was rude and terse with me and very impatient with me while my family and I were making our order. She was not held answering questions and we only took all of five minutes to make our order. I seriously considered driving away after receiving such poor customer service. Second, the price for a family meal and flounder fish sandwich was ridiculous. Third the portion size was small. I do appreciate that the manager took my call and took my concerns seriously."

"Got our order wrong and gave us cold food steaight from the kitchen the manager was unprofessional and the service was horrible thw worker just kept rolling their eues at us I ordered a mac and cheese and when it came out it was a chunk of congealed cheese it was cold and not even luke warm"
