Taco Bell 700 North Aspen Avenue, Broken Arrow, OK 74012

"I’ve eaten at this location a dozen or more times in the past few years. The order is almost always correct to exactly what I ordered, and it’s as good as any TBell you find. Recently I got an order that actually was missing an item. I went back and not only were they friendly, but made it right by giving me two of the missing item and a free cinnamon twist. I had asked for no compensation, just the item that was missing. The rest was unprompted. Very good customer service today!"

"All ordering is done on a self machine. I dislike them. Then it wouldn't take our card & we had to get help anyway. Workers were exceptionally nice & polite"

"Ran through the drive through tonight - service was quick, kid running the headset was kind and I didn’t have to repeat myself at all. He could probably own his own Taco Bell someday if he wanted. Order was correct. Food was hot. Overall - much better than I expected."

"There is no service at Taco Bell any more. No menu's either. You order on the app or on the computer at the front desk & you wait on yourself. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't like this at all. It gives no consideration for the elderly, the handicap, the people who just do not have electronic skills. Then after ordering I only got half my order & I actually ordered correctly, they just didn't take the time to make sure they had the order complete before sending it out. I'm just speechless... not sure what the world is coming to."

"Stopped to Taco Bell for lunch and thought I would get my usual order of a quesarito. Turns out they no longer have this on their menu? Bummer but no big deal- I ordered a nachos bell grande instead. Got home and opened up the nachos and there was a hair in it. $6 for nachos, that I ordered as a second place option, just to not eat them because there’s a hair in it."
