"Haven't been in a while because the food and service was sub-par. However I was pleasantly surprised to give it a try after about a 5 year hiatus. It was so good that for the next 2 days after that I had it for lunch!! So yummy, thank you!!"
"Update: Going down hill. It's probably the worst you've been too. Rude employees act like they hate working here and despise you for ordering food. Wrong orders, missing items, stale chips, the 'I hate you' stares. It's got it all. I try to give smiles and thank you's because I know what it's like, but it doesn't seem to help. Out of ice, out of salsa and pico at the 'salsa bar'. Original: Definitely not the best Bueno you've ever been to. But hey it's Bueno and it's cheap if you order the right stuff. Most of the workers are pretty friendly and hard-working here. A few rude and lazy spoil your trip if you get stuck with them."
"This location has got way better over the years. I hadn't been there in a long time because they used to be horrible, but this time the food was good. And the service didn't take so long."
"I've always really liked Taco Bueno, but it seems these days they just don't gaf about listening or preparing your food correctly at this location. I ordered a Big Freak'n Nacho with no jalapeños, extra meat & cheese in a cup, a Combination Burrito & Bean Burrito. I was brought a Taco Salad, and they took it back & gave me a BFN with Jalapeños, took that back & apologized and brought me the correct order. It wasn't remade fresh the only thing that was warm was the extra cheese. I ended up trashing it! (Bean Burrito not pictured) Total cost $17.84 *nachos looked better than they tasted*"
"Sign with Posted Hours Not Accurate Just stopped by Taco Bueno at 91st and Sheridan in Tulsa. Both dining room and drive thru were closed (dining room doors locked). There was no sign explaining the change in hours. Although there were people inside, they didn’t come to the door or the drive thru window. There was one car parked outside. Yes, I get that sometimes there’s not enough staff to run the store at an acceptable level, but there are ways to manage that: - let people know when they order you’re understaffed and wait times will be longer than normal - ask managers at other stores to see if you can borrow staff for a shift - put a sign outside letting people know the store is temporarily closed - etc. But there’s nothing more frustrating than going to a corporate chain who is expected to have a semblance of consistency and order only to find out they’re closed with no explanation. Then you start to wonder if it will even be worth it to try another location because what if they’re closed also…"
