Church's Texas Chicken

"Drivethru service. I was asked to wait for a moment even though there was nobody in line or inside when i pulled up. I dont know if there is supposed to be sauce that comes with the chicken tenders, but i wasnt offered any. I did not receive any silverware to eat my mashed potatoes. They were friendly when they spoke and i got my food quickly. Everything tasted ok, but would have been better with sauce for the chicken and a spoon for the potatoes. And maybe a little salt."

"This is probably the worst fast food experience I have had in a long time. The wait on the drive through was close to 15-20 minutes and the staff was extremely rude. It really stinks because the food is good but the service here sucks!! absolutely terrible!! The drive though lady Kimra could really be retrained."

"We ordered a family meal with Spicy Chicken & 8 biscuits at the drive through. We had to pull forward and wait for over 10 minutes. When we got home, the chicken was not spicy flavored, it was the plain chicken. We also only had 6 biscuits instead of 8.We tried calling the store several times &they would never answer their phones. We finally got through to the manager this morning, 3/6/24. She told us too bad!"

"First time visiting, We got the family bundle and used a coupon we got in the mail. All the food we got tasted great! 10 PC leg n thigh, mashed potatoes n gravey. Best fried okra I've had in a long time. $27... But they forgot our 5 biscuits! 25-minute round trip total. Ya, I'm not driving back for them. Such a bummer. We eat out one time a week with a coupon we get in the mail. Times are too hard to shorten people on the food they pay for."

"This was our first time visiting this restaurant. I enjoyed my leg and thigh meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. My kids got chicken fingers and mac and cheese. Both kids liked the chicken fingers, but only one liked the mac and cheese. Everyone else got a chicken sandwich and fries, which they said was good. The lady at the counter was very nice. It took a while to get our food, but they said it was their new cook's first day."
