"First time customer No steak, no brown rice, and the rice they do have looks like dog food along with most the other ingredients. I lost my appetite and walked out. It's lunch hour. You should have everything ready to go. I don't think I'll be coming back."

"I was excited that we had a new Chipotle just a few blocks away from my house so I went in today. Now I've been to many of Chipotle in many different cities and they're always quick and the service is great. Unfortunately today I walked in And there was the lady starting a order in front of me she ordered two kids quesadillas and one bowl. Wow one young man was putting her taking her order and putting her food together he was taking forever. Meanwhile three other employees are standing around the store in the kitchen just not doing anything. I waited for what felt like 10 minutes and the manager walked out looked at me looked at the line until the one employee they need more queso and then walked off back to the back of the store. I just walked out and left I'm not going to stand there and wait while four people aren't capable of taking an order and making a burrito. The ridiculous amount of time to stand there and it was ridiculous that nobody could come over and help that one kid. There was like one other customer in the store and they were sitting down eating when I got there. This new Chipotle is a joke."

"This was our first time here. I ordered the crispy tacos. Two chicken and one beef. The beef is thick sliced brisket that was cold and chewy and grainy which felt like flossing your teeth. The chicken tacos were good. We also had a chicken bowl and the rice and chicken was cold. We are not sure this is how it always is because it’s our first time."

"Chipotle never fails. We never have any problem with our orders or food and everything is always accurate with the order. I became a chipotle lover within the last year or so and they never disappoint and the service is always amazing. Plus the app makes it so much easier to order and pick up in the drive through. Thanks Chipotle for consistency in delivery and quality."

"I went in there. And there was 5 people standing around. One at the counter on the front waiting for someone to come in I guess. Anyways mean while two people were working the back line for the drive thru. Doing the orders for the drive thru and the to go orders. No idea why the front couldn't handle some carry out orders to keep things moving. And not taking 10 minutes longer than was quoted when we made the order."
