"This store at 21st and Yale has not been cleaned in forever. Grungy pop machine, you will need GooBeGone to get all that off. Wow! Break out some suds guys! My table is sticky! Happy Palm Sunday!"
"Stopped in for some wings and was pleasantly surprised. We got our order to go and the service was very fast. I think we went during a non busy time. Anyway, the food was very good . We do not go this area much but if we are, we will be back!"
"I LOVE wingstop. It’s my go to. Their ranch is top tier. But after today I will never go back. I am appalled at the food I received today. Not only was my bun ROCK hard, when I lift my sandwich to take a bite, the chicken was so hard I could pull it apart and my bread was MOLDY! How does this even happen! I am so so disappointed."
"I walked in, didn't get greeted, the lady behind the counter just looked at me with an angry look on her face. I ordered, and then tried to be kind and asked how her day has been, but she just refuses to talk any more to me than what she had to. I gave service two stars because a different lady later asked me about my order and then checked to see if it was ready. Thankfully I only had to wait about 10 minutes, which was a major improvement over the 30-40 minute wait I had last time I was there. The fries are seasoned (sugar coated) and were decent, if you like that style. The ranch was stellar, and the wings have to be the hottest Mango Habanero in town. I always get MH everywhere I go and this place is hands down the hottest. The price isn't too bad either for wings. I did a 10 piece combo and paid around $15, other places are usually slightly higher."
"The Wingstop at 1921 South Yale in Tulsa is an embarrassment. I made an online order at 6:19 in the evening. It was simply for 10 pieces two flavors and fries. I was told on the website it would be ready in 16 to 20 minutes. That would have put it ready at 6:40, I took my time knowing their frequently late and got there just before 7:00, to be told they had had some mess up in the online ordering system and it was going to be another 15 minutes or so before I would get my food. All right I determined that I had already paid for it which they confirmed and so as to not deal with getting my money back I decided to wait and sat down across from where they keep the to go bags. I waited and watch customers come and go for half an hour before I finally caught one of the kids' eyes and asked him where my food was. He went looking for it and at some point in that time somebody had said it on the shelf of to-go bags and nobody had brought it to me or told me it was ready. I got home an hour and 20 minutes after I had ordered to find they had gotten the type of style I wanted wrong And some of the most embarrassingly small chicken wings I had ever seen. On top of that, I was told by the kid as I was leaving that "they put something extra in the bag for the wait" What a laugh. My wife and I love Wingstop but this location gives us nothing but bad feelings about the company."
