"From OK CITY, and what a wonderful find! Geocaching Tulsa. GuitPicken and I were doing a little night cache and found our selfs hungry! Lisu Thai Kitchen is a welcomed different choice amidst the Mexican restaurants in the area. Clean, quiet, and EXCELLENT food and service. It's definitely worth the stop. Generous portions, curry cooked to perfection. Tom Yum Soup was hot, refreshingly bright, delicious and full of flavors. Eggrolls light and crispy. Thanks Salomi for the wonderful chat, praying for your family's success in Oklahoma."
"Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday about 11:45. At this point I was the only patron in the establishment, though several other tables filled as I ate. Place occupies a spot in a strip mall and interior feels kind of budget, though welcoming at the same time. Food pricing was a bit lighter than other Thai Restaurants in town too. Service was fast and friendly, main course came out before I had made it half way into appetizer. This is the first Thai restaurant in Tulsa that I got a cup of hot tea that was not self-brewing with a bag! My appetizer was fresh rolls and these might be the best I've had in Tulsa: wrapped perfectly, fresh, yet balanced cilantro/carrot/mint, and thick/loaded. The sauce they served with it looked like a peanut sauce, though I found it a bit sweet and sour. I was here for the main course, Massaman Curry. Rich and flavorful, balanced well. If I could knock it slightly, the potatoes were more like whole potatoes cut in half. While they were cooked perfectly, the starch had them sticking to my spoon when I cut them down in the curry. Another small slight - when asked how spicy (1-5) I told the waitress 'as hot as I can get it' a 5, 10 or even 100!' But what I had, while it was great in flavor, lacked heat significantly for this spice nut. Overall, while not my 'favorite' curry in town, they have a very close second (to date). But know that I don't hit up Tropical because their spice levels suck too. Bring up the heat and I would consider visiting again."
"Good - **** Really sad that Gogi Gui Korean Grill closed as I was a regular customer there. In place of it, they opened a new Thai restaurant. Lunch dishes are $9.99 and Bigger plate entrees are $12.25. Being the first time, I tried Pad Thai just to see how it is. Lunch portion is small as shown in pic but good enough. The flavor was good. Nothing peculiar to point out. Need to try their curries next time Tried the green curry and it was delicious. The portion size for lunch was ok."
"Gogi Gui Korean Grill is GONE! Closed. Enter a big improvement in Asian cuisine, Lisu Thai Kitchen, a great new dining opportunity. The best Thai food I have had. Starting with the spring rolls filled with fresh crisp lettuce, julienne carrots, and shrimp, with a perfect flavorful dipping sauce. A refreshing start to the meal. I had seen pictures of the Khoa Soi Noodles on Yelp and Google reviews. The picture drew me in. I had no clue what it was, until I read the menu. After reading the description of the ingredients, I knew it was my meal. Onion, lime, cilantro spicy coconut milk, red curry, crunchy noodles and a secret ingredient, sour mustard. I ordered it with chicken, which was a good serving of tender sliced chicken breast. This was an amazing bowl of noodles and soup. The perfect amount of heat and the sour mustard was the flavor surprise that set this apart from any Thai food I have had. This was delicious! My wife had the Pad Thai which she rated as excellent. Her assessment was, that this was some of the best Thai food she had had in a long time. The new owners are from Minnesota. A very friendly couple that took time to visit with every customer. The service was very good. An overall very pleasant dining experience. I’m no Thai food expert, but this food worked for me!"
"Never had Thai food before so cant really tell its authentic but it certainly felt like it. Amazing customer service everyone is so friendly since the very moment you walk in. Food was cooked fresh and it was served still hot within 6 min. Prices very reasonable. I like the place its pretty big but it needs better decoration I think. I still give them a 5 food its very delicious. Every dish was served with steamed rice. Thai Iced tea its unbeliveable amazing we loved it."
