"It has been several years since we have eaten at Captain D's but since we were back around Owasso we thought we would give it a try. My wife and I found the place clean and was greeted nicely by the lady behind the counter. Surprisingly the menu has changed very little. I ordered the Captains platter with a side order of fries and hush puppies. My wife had the senior special of fish, shrimp, fries and slaw for $5.99 with an additional five shrimp for $1.99 extra. We found the decor pretty much the same as it was 25 years ago. But it was clean, service was great. Our meals were brought to the table still hot. We sat and reminisced thinking of how little had change there but the food was still really good. Sometimes it's nice to find something that's still the same as you remember."

"I ordered the 2 piece chicken strips and 2 piece fish . Coleslaw and green beans. The chicken strips was really small like what they would put in a kids meal the batter on my fish was not done all the way. .. and I really love Captain D's . I have been going all my life and I'm 45 now. So not to happy about this one"

"I was finally able to go eat here since they closed the lobby for the pandemic. I've had enough take home and delivery to last me a lifetime. Dining was open and I was able to sit down and eat. The food was great and the help was friendly. They did end up closing the inside for dine in or walk ins while I was sitting eating my lunch. They said they were understaffed and not able to allow any dine ins. I was the ONLY one sitting inside eating. I don't know why it would be a big deal. Nevertheless they allowed me to finish eating my meal. Had I arrived later, I would not have chosen to eat there if the dining room was closed. Let customers make a choice, thanks."
