Whataburger

"We just wanted malts. Nothing else. Placed our order and waited in "drive thru" line about 10 minutes to be told at the window, "We're sorry, but our shake machine broke down right after you ordered." Our wait was, in my opinion, very unnecessary. I feel someone could have came out and told us or something since that was the ONLY thing we ordered. I was not impressed."

"Ordered on the app and picked up. Food was faster to receive this way rather than ordering at drive thru. Food was hot and fresh and made to order. The guy that brought it out was very nice and polite and thanked me"

"As my wife desperately wanted to try this hamburger joint, I was not to excited about it. But the food was amazingly great and the employees were very patient while I studied their menu. After selecting the chicken sandwich, I was hoping it was as good as it looked on the menu screen. To my surprise, it was so much better"

"Not sure if cooking oil was old or going bad, both my wife’s and my sandwiches were bitter! I usually power through food that’s a little off but I couldn’t even finish half of my sandwich!! My wife trashed hers after few bites. I have heard such good things about this place and I always see it packed, wonder if others who picked up food at the same time as us had the same problem."

"We don't have the Whataburger chain in Iowa, so I was game for giving it a try. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at this particular establishment. I ordered the Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger meal combo. The burger was good sized and had good contrasting flavors of sweet, with just a hint of spicy. My order was made and delivered quickly. Staff were pleasant and friendly. The dining room was well maintained, but was not overly busy. I'd likely try Whataburger again if I'm ever in an area where the chain is located."
