"The workers are very nice and fast. Food was okay and the place was clean. Just wish the ketchup dispensing would work."
"This place continues to decline in service and efficiency. There were 4 cars in line and we had to wait 15 mins for a quarter pounder, small fry, and a cheeseburger. They took all 4 cars orders and moved us all into parking spaces. After 15 mins one lady came around with 5-6 bags worth of food and didn’t know where any of them went because no one inside was organizing things. This place is in desperate need of management improvement as this location is typically much busier than it was today. We may not be back any time soon. Taco Bell is much faster and I’d never thought I’d say that…. Also $17 really…. Just wow!"
"Seriously?! A Big Mac with meat, onions, 2 slices of cheese and NOTHING else. No lettuce, pickles, or sauces. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be back. This location has definitely earned their low score. Go to the Skiatook location as they know what they are doing. I don't recommend the Owasso Walmart McDonald's either."
"I ordered a caramel frappe. They told me they didn’t have caramel but if I wanted mocha instead I’m like yeah I guess then they hand me this. They charge me full price for a coffee that doesn’t even have the ingredients. There’s no whip cream which one I thought OK I’m gonna do the chocolate and not a big chocolate fan that the whip cream would diluted some. I went inside and she informed me that they didn’t have any whip cream and why aren’t you telling your customers this? Why are you charging full price for a coffee? You don’t have all the ingredients for.. Got this cheeseburger they’re not doing good at this McDonald’s but it looks like it got stuck or something it was ripped apart. The cheese is not even really on there. It looks sloppy."
"Staff were mostly of young adults & teenagers, but very respectful. Great play area & love the screen time kids can still have access to if they want on selected tables."
