"Got the small burrito bowl. Lettuce was all the yucky yellow inside bitter part. Chicken oh so dry. Side chips were $2. I ate mayce 50¢ worth. Who charges for chips? Regional manager was rude. Drink machine was a disaster. Looked like a brownish red liquid exploded all over the outside. Nobody working ever checked. Tables didn't get cleaned. The huge guy in front of me got double scoops of food. I got half scoops and my small bowl was not full. It was over $9 with the expensive chips and I left hungry. Y'all should do better or just hang a sign that says go to Chipotle."
"This location is my favorite burrito place in Tulsa. I've been going here for years and people like Chandler and Aaron and Deyontaye and many others who've worked here make the best quesadillas & burritos! This location has always spread the ingredients around instead of just dumping the ingredients in the center like some places do."
"First time I was here there were some issues but those issues were addressed by corporate and I was asked to give it another try and to my surprise it was a remarkable turn around. I will definitely dine there again, and I do recommend others try it out there product line is a bit confusing but I will help you out you have the choice of burrito my favorite, salad which is like a taco salad with out the shell, a quesadilla, 3 tacos, and like 2 or 3 other starter items these are you starting foundation choices then you go down the line letting the employee know what items you would like on your choice. Its a cool concept and very delicious. Some of your choices are like beef taco meat, brisket, steak, chicken, pinto beans, white rice, Mexican rice, black beans, fajitas veggies, and much more. I'm a big eater and the burrito was big. A very nice value for the price. My mother and my uncle and I dined there yesterday afternoon and were very satisfied with food and service. Only thing I saw that was a little off was employees only one had uniform others were in street cloths. However they looked very clean and well maintained. Probably new employees awaiting new uniforms. I have been in management before and it happens and sometimes you just do the best you can."
"Quick service. Got an adobo chicken bowl with cilantro rice, pico, more cilantro, guac, and habanero salsa. Sad they were out of pickled onions. Brought it back to work to eat. It tasted good but was a little bland. I sprinkled on Tajin and it suddenly became delicious. I crushed that thing in a single sitting. Price was decent at $11.00."
