"Absolutely amazing! My wife and I as newly weds received a gift card to Villa Ravenna and when I found out that it was Italian food I was excited. This is BY far the best Italian restaurant I have ever eaten at. The Food was phenomenal, the drinks were amazing and the service was even better. The owner stopped by our table to ask how everything was and we talked for about 5 mins about Italy and where he is from. WE had an amazing experience and will definitely be going back. I recommend this place to a co-worker for him and his wife's 36 year anniversary and he couldn't stop thanking me and telling me how wonderful of a time they had. Made me so happy to tell them about Villa Ravenna and the experience."
"My husband and I had an unfortunate experience here. Even from the start, we were not presented with a wine menu like the other patrons who were seated around us. Though our appetizer and salad were acceptable in terms of quality (dates and pear salad), our entrees were overcooked and under seasoned. However, what was most disappointing is that the entrees arrived on plastic dishes. One would expect an establishment that touts itself as a “fine dining” restaurant would use china, but no, plastic, square plates for $35 entrees. Visually, they were unappetizing, and the taste reminded us both of our university cafeterias where food is made in bulk and left to waste away for hours until consumed. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Not even the bread had any redeeming qualities; it was an underwhelming and bland sliced garlic bread. Additionally, as previous reviewers mentioned, our server was inattentive and barely spoke two words to us after taking our order. No specials were read, and there was no follow-up about our meal. The only individual to ask us anything was the gentleman who refilled our waters and packaged leftovers after I shared with him that the scallops were overcooked and rubbery with bits of sand. The last time I visited was over 10 years ago, and I think I know why I waited so long to return. It was a complete disappointment from start to finish. We left in a rush to go to a different Italian restaurant to satisfy our appetites because what we were presented with was not edible."
"I love the staff here always so welcoming and lovely dining/atmosphere, I always come here to Tulsa for the wrestling tournament at the expo center and I can’t say it enough! it’s the best place I’ve been and I’ve traveled all around very the country for wrestling and I try the best food in every state I try the best food there and this is the best, owner so nice and the staff is really nice and the food is amazing 100% recommend!❤️"
"Amazing service and experience! Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. Decor is great, space is great, and the lighting is a bit dim but really sets the mood! Service was exceptional! We had a table for four, ended up just three of us. They proceeded to sit us at a table set for 2. Food was phenomenal. 100% recommend the Gorgonzola and pear. WOW! I was taken for surprise at how delicious that was. The complimentary bread is always a great touch too! Why the 4 stars? 2 simple reasons. Quantity of food. I ordered the Pasta Al Nero di Seppia and that was not worth the $42 it cost. It lacked. All the plates could use an up in size for the price charged. Secondly, the drinks were below average. Martini was eh. Moscow mule was eh. Spritz was good! The flavors are all there on every single plate! The presentation is gorgeous too. And the staff’s experience and service is amazing too!"
"The Gorgonzola pear appetizer was delicious and worth getting and the prawn was good although overcooked. The dessert which is normally my favorite of cream brûlée was significantly thicker than any I’ve ever had and had a strange aftertaste although I’m sure it would be tasty to other people. The atmosphere looked pretty dated and could use a facelift. Waitstaff was polite and nice."
