"This location has only gotten worse since they opened and it wasn’t good then. We had to tell them their soup was not made correctly the first time we went. The second time, the salad buffet was half empty. Tried again at lunch today and we ordered a Managers Special and asked for soup and an upgraded side of 1 trip to the salad bar and they refused. Said we couldn’t get the 1 trip salad bar. The gentleman taking the order turned and spoke Spanish to the manager, who came over and told us we could not order that. They had a display with it on it (2.49 upgrade fee), we order it all the time in the store on 61st street (it’s also available in their mobile app). Tried to tell them that Jason’s Deli would not approve of them refusing what was on their standard menu. Went to Schlotzsky’s and it was excellent. Might also recommend McAlisters for soup and salad."

"Good - **** Their salad bar is the best. They have awesome veg options for the salad bar. The desert bar was better before but now they reduced it a lot which was disappointing. Otherwise jasons deli is good for salad bar."

"It wasn't busy so we decided to try them out hearing good things. We both ordered sandwiches I got the chicken panini without pesto and he They messed up my order with no mayo and by putting pesto on my sandwich that was asked to be left off because of allergies. Thankful I checked, what they did put on there was about the size of a quarter on the top slice and I don't know how much flavor that would add to this sandwich but couldn't have been much it really needed a slathering. The sourdough bread wasn't bad but definitely didn't have much pressing time on the panini because it was barely marked wasn't even golden brown, explains why my cheese wasn't melted and spinach not wilted. The chicken and cheese didn't even have any flavor or seasoning making the entire sandwich bland. Spouse got a beefeater with au ju and said he felt the same about his sandwich being bland, the au ju helped a little. They even forgot our pickles with both our sandwiches. The person didn't offer me a choice on chips but did for my husband which was disappointing because I'm not a fan of rippled chips and could've just done without the extra charge if there wasn't anything else to choose from. The pasta dishes that came out looked very good and so did the salad bar choices even though the bar was in disarray. Had to say the same about the dirty sticky tables and the floors needed sweeping. Being this store is new I had expected a better experience!"

"Went there with a coworker today and had a great meal. Lettuce was fresh and all fruits and veggies were very fresh. We went at the tail end of lunch and it was packed. Probably from the newness. The staff were great and managing the chaos of tons of customers well. Thrilled to have a nice healthy place nearby and will be coming back regularly!"
