"I really wish we had a better experience. We were seated immediately by a super kind hostess. About five minutes after being seated our waitress walked by and said be with you in a minute. Ok- cool. After taking payment from someone at the front, helping two other tables- refills, Togo boxes, payment, and chatting in the back with a coworker, she came and took our order (10ish minutes). We wait another ten minutes and no drinks. A kind teenager brought our appetizer out and I asked him if we could please get our drinks. Our waitress was at the computer leaning again the counter talking to another waitress. He brings us our drinks and apologizes. I got up and asked the hostess for crackers because our one year old was getting fussy because it was taking so long to get our food. I was told they don’t have crackers, which surprised me because every location I’ve ever been to does. Another waiter came out with our food, which was good. I feel portions left a lot to be desired. For the price I think there are better BBQ options in Tulsa. But, lack of being waited on really was frustrating. We had to ask for refills, was never checked on or asked if everything was good, and just the lack of service was bothersome for the price of the food. Our order was taken and that was it. I hope this was just an off day, but I’m not so sure."

"Unless you want to leave hungry, do NOT eat here. Ordered the 2-meat dinner with brisket and catfish. Didn’t even get one full slice of brisket and only a nugget sized piece of catfish for $18. The mashed potatoes and sweet beans were fair. Charged us $2 bucks extra for that tiny 4 bites of brisket and $1 extra for the nugget of catfish. Waiter never returned to our table after bringing our drinks and food. Complete waste of money and going away hungry. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"Average - *** The ribs were just ok. Ordered the righteous ribs where 2 sides come with it. For me, it was corn on the cob and potato salad."

"I ordered 3/4 lb of ribs and 3/4 lb of smoked chicken with two sides through the drive through. I've waited 20 minutes so far... Everything is already cooked! What in the world could take that long to get us our food? I would love to just ask for a refund and leave but No one has been to the window in a very long time. I think we were forgotten about. UPDATE: I EVENTUALLY CALLED THE STORE AND TALKED TO A MANAGER. SHE INFORMED ME THAT SHE DID NOT KNOW THAT I WAS WAITING OUTSIDE. THAT SOUNDS LIKE AN EXCUSE TO ME BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY WE HAD BEEN CHECKED OUT INITIALLY AND ABOUT HALFWAY THROUGH THE PROCESS SOMEONE CAME BACK TO THE WINDOW TO LET US KNOW IT WOULD BE JUST A FEW MORE MINUTES. THEY GAVE US A REFUND BUT THAT'S IT. AFTER SPENDING A TOTAL OF 26 MINUTES WASTING GAS WHILE IDLING AT THEIR DRIVE-THRU WINDOW WE LEFT WITH ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THEY DIDN'T TRY TO MAKE UP FOR THEIR MISTAKE. THEY DIDN'T OFFER TO GIVE US THE FOOD ANYWAY. THEY DIDN'T OFFER US A COUPON TO COME BACK. THEY SIMPLY MADE EXCUSES AND SENT US ON OUR WAY. TO BE FAIR, NO ONE WAS RUDE. EVERYONE WAS NICE BUT HAD NO IDEA HOW TO ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB OR MAKE UP FOR AN EGREGIOUS MISTAKE."

"I was in town for the Hawgs football camp. Probably the worst Rib Crib I have eaten at. Service was cranky, very much busy with her own things, burger came out WAY undercooked. I like a good medium burger but this was raw, uneatable. Waitress seemed shocked that I told her I wasn't going to pay for it, which I didn't. Wasn't offered another burger, just a "sorry". Bottom line, poor quality control, poor kitchen management, poor service. Very disappointed. I hope that they were just having a really bad day and it's not like this every day. OH, the okra was good."
