"Subway is usually good but don’t visit this location. They served me a sandwich with meat that had clearly sat out long enough it was turning gray. Manager refused to remake the sandwich or refund the order. I will be disputing the charge."

"WATCH YOUR RECEIPT! We ordered a foot long Chicken, Bacon Ranch sub and were charged for extra meat. Did we ask for extra meat? NO. Did the sun have any extra meat than normal? NO. When confronted about it, they wouldn’t even acknowledge that they were in the wrong for even doing it without asking. They also avoid calls."

"Can't hardly use the coupons that get mailed out... Iunderstand locations vary, but it seems no subway honors the coupons fully. Seems like a scam. The workers are not helpful either. Otherwise, sandwiches are decent, just not good enough for me to pay full price."

"In the past we've been to this location a lot as we've always liked Subway and this is the closest store. Today we tried to place an order on the app and it told us this location doesn't participate in either of the Subway BOGO deals going right now. I said ok no problem I got a sheet of coupons in the mail I'll call and see if they are participating in the coupons. I was told they "are" but only with like 5 of the most basic sandwiches that I wasn't interested in. So we placed our order on the app with the Glenpool location and drove right past this location to go to a different location. To the owner: I know every location is individually owned so this is for you. I have a lifetime of food service and management experience so I can understand trying to maximize your profits. However when you go too far with it your customers see it as penny pinching and will be put off by it. In the end you'll end up losing customers like you did with me today which hurts a lot worse than just honoring the Subway backed coupons or BOGO deals. Best of luck."
