"Food came out warm and under cooked, service was simply poor and there where a total of 12 patrons in the restaurant with a manager, three servers and the person handling our table changed from who seated us , took our order delivered our order and refilled drinks when we finally had a sever come back on the floor to ask for refills instead of hanging out in the kitchen! When the pancake and the are highlight of the meal you might have an issue with the cook. I wish I had take pictures I hope for nothing but improved performance here maybe it was an off day."

"Christmas evening I went in to order to go. Gabby took care of me. I just gotta say she has the best attitude and was so pleasant even after having to work all day on Christmas. That young lady deserves a raise and acknowledgement from management. I would also like to add that the food was delicious and exactly what I ordered. Thanks for the great service"

"Went in twice last week. Mondays service, Food & atmosphere was Superb! Wednesday's food was good, but the service was less than desirable. The waitress Assumed I wanted over easy on Scrabbled eggs so they came out more running than Scrabbled. When I asked for them to be cooked longer she got an attitude"

"This is literally a 15$ plate with and additional Upcharge for the loaded potatoes, That a teaspoon is practically covering...when I asked the waitress about the portion sized she politely informed me that was the appropriate portion size!"

"Above Average - **** Today I thought to visit iHop and the one near our house was the ideal one so I could visit with my wife. Buttermilk Pancakes is what I usually order so for a change, I tried the strawberry & banana pancakes. My wife ordered the strawberry crepe combo that comes with egg, hash-browns and sausage. Ordered unsweetened iced-tea and lemonade as beverages. The wait time was around 15 minutes. The flavor was good though pancakes could have been little more flaky instead of being super-soft. Overall, an above average lunch...."
