"The waitress we had was seriously on substances. Her speech was slurred, she couldn’t remember which table she was going to. She kept saying things that didn’t make sense and she came to the table several times even though a different waiter had taken over at that point. We waited a very long time after every interaction. She almost caused me to wreck in the parking lot after she tried to run ice cream out to my kid in the parking lot. (I guess the kid’s meals come with ice cream? I didn’t know this.) I told her several times it was fine and we didn’t have time to take it but she ran up to my car and got right in my face. She needs to be let go. This is unacceptable and embarrassing and extremely inappropriate when I had my child with me."

"Apparently there is an up charge if you’d like to use utensils to eat your food with. What a joke. Spent almost $200 in to go food and was provided no napkins or forks. Was told i should have placed a “catering” order and need to purchase all these items separately. This place is a scam!!!!!"

"Horrible customer service. Just left with a $148 to go order. Got to my car and realized i wasn’t given plates or utensils, was informed that’ll be an extra charge if id like those things to go with the food. Will not be back and will discourage everyone from using this location."

"We ate here on a Friday evening after enjoying the Main Street Christmas Chute. It snelled wonderful inside!! The decorations were very tasteful and casual, but in a sophisticated way. We walked right in at about 7:30 with no waiting. Our food was served quickly, friendly service and delicious food! I liked the baked smoked beans and my smoked chicken the best, although everyone enjoyed their food! We will return!"
