"Bev and Mary are the nicest managers at this establishment. Every time I order, my food is delivered promptly, it's fresh, accurate, and always served with a smile. I will always come to this KFC because the service is just so great. Steven is nice too, I love hearing everything about his life and he talks my ear off every time I come in. And my compliments to the chef, not sure who he is, but the breading is perfect, no matter if I order Original, or Extra Crispy, it's always cooked to perfection. He is really the unsung hero of Kentucky, the way he fries chicken, Right here in Oklahoma!! Thanks team."

"Went in Sunday February 4th, 2024 to pick up a 12 piece bucket and all 3 in the family have diarrhea from eating the food. Not sure of what would cause it but all 3 of us agree we will never eat KFC again. Not fun fighting over a bathroom after eating there."

"I came in around 6ish to order dinner for myself and my husband. There was not one person in the restaurant. Took a good 5 minutes for someone to come take my order...He got a 4 piece tender meal and I got the 3 piece dark meat big box so we could share the extra mashed potatoes. Also 2 extra biscuits. Around 26 dollars is what I paid. The tenders were undercooked. The original recipe chicken that I got could have passed for extra crispy it was so hard and I don't know if they put extra black pepper in the batter bc it was so spicy and crunchy I couldn't eat it. The biscuits were also under done. The only think that was edible was the mashed potatoes and gravy. Completely disappointed. The lady at the counter who took my order did not give me a receipt so I was uncomfortable about calling to complain when I didn't have the receipt."

"Went through the drive through window to grab dinner for the family after a really long day. Ordered the food and pulled up. After getting there I asked if I could add to the order. The girl working said of course and edited my order. She stood at the register pushing buttons for at least 2 minutes. After, she turned to me and said. I tried to ring it 4 different ways,...this way was the cheapest by $6. I said thank you very much and paid. I got my food and left for home. Mind you I came within 30 mins of closing time. No telling how long she had been working, but she had the foresight to try to make it as cheap as she could for her customers. I appreciate people who look out for others."

"There were no customers and the restaurant was nasty. The help was friendly and gave us coupons but don’t think I’ll be back. If I had employees that were sitting down doing nothing and not cleaning up the mess they wouldn’t be working for me. We waited for the chicken to come out and it was fresh but the mashed potatoes and biscuits were cold."
