Dickey's Barbecue Pit

"Spent $40 on some of the worst BBQ I've ever had. 3 ribs with almost no meat, and burnt. Dry sliced brisket, and a barely topped loaded baked potato. The Carolina BBQ sauce taste just like mustard with some BBQ squirted on top, and the portions are laughably small. Green Beans and potato salad were good, but tiny, maybe 3 bites of food, the meat was all bad. Used to be really good, but not any longer. Made us both sick. Not food poisoning, but our stomachs were not happy at all. The worst part was burping every 5 minutes and tasting that horrendous BBQ sauce and burnt ribs."

"Dickey's drive-thru was my standby during the worst of the pandemic. Trying them again after about three years, I was disappointed that their delicious creamed spinach is no longer on the menu, and they don't offer smoked turkey now. The brisket sandwich and fries I had to settle for were fine, but nothing special."

"The guy there who I'm assuming is the manager because he's always RUNNING things like a boss round of applause to you. Several times he has gone above and beyond for me and my boyfriend. The food is always amazing, he's usually running around handling everything with finesse and skill, and he makes real sure everything is going properly and fairly. I've never been so happy with service i ran home and write a review. Absolutely amazing human and I'm sure is the heart and soul of this place running so well. 5 stars for you sir.!"

"literally never order take out from here with out inspecting everything in the bag. they always leave stuff out. i mean the meats good but i have no sauce. the fries arent seasoned and old. i will say though, customer service was on point just please remember my sauce next time."
