"ive always love burger king and i usually go through the drive through but i went the other day with my sister and went inside to eat and the cashier that helped me his name was paul, he was awesome super helpful and super nice and he was stayin on top of his job cleanin the bathrooms (went to wash my hands and asked if i need to use the restroom) and lobby which was pretty spotless already. just wanted to leave a review for paul bc i could tell he is a hard worker"

"Placed order with older lady at counter that would barley talk over a whisper. After ordering I asked for my fries and onion rings to be cooked well done, the last time I ordered those items both were soggy. She walked to the warming station and yelled, this guy wants his onion rings and fries cooked not frozen. Then the Cooks said I can give him a whole bag of frozen fries and.how about I dump salt on them too. The company motto is have it your way. I did not have it my way, all I got was attitude, a luke warm whopper and soggy over salted fries and onion rings. Also the drink station was absolutely filthy and all the employees were doing was standing around. Management should be appalled that is how their employees treat customers and keep the restaurant looking."

I was shocked by the poor hygiene standards and the disregard for customer health. What’s even more concerning is the way my complaint was handled. I brought this issue to the customer service representative attention, expecting a prompt resolution or a refund. However, I was met with refusal and indifference. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering dining here to think twice. It’s essential to prioritize food safety and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience here fell far short of those expectations"

"Visited this location for the first time today since I was in the area for an appointment. Placed order at the counter with someone that seemed to hate their job. Had to ask twice for ranch sauce before I finally received sauce. Sat down, order was received shortly & sat back down only to realize he hasn’t given me my bottled water. Original chicken sandwich kept having the chicken falling out of the sandwich like it had been dropped somewhere in the cooking process? Bread was stale. Fries were hot & fresh. Trash can was filthy. Inside & outside of restaurant was dirty. I probably will not return to this location when I’m In the area."
