"This place is consistently late. If you get your pizza. Worst pizza joint for delivery in our entire pizza eating career. Late all the time. Best to go somewhere else for pizza. If I owned this franchise I would rethink the current management."

"My husband called in our order. When I went to pick up, the young man at the window seemed bewildered. Didn't have my order and honestly, he seemed high. He asked me "are you sure it was this store?" I explained that we always order from that particular Marco's because we live in Guthrie, so yes, this store. I asked if he couldn't just make my order. He suggested that my order was at another store and I should go there to get it. As I was on my way home, this wasn't a viable solution. I reiterated that I would like them to make my order and that I would pull ahead (out of drive thru lane). He finally understood, took my debit card and indicated it would be 20 mins. After 25 mins., I went inside and again, the dazed affect, acting like he hadn't seen me before. I assumed they would bring it to my car and they didn't. The whole experience annoyed me and I doubt we'll eat here again. BTW, $33.00 for 2 medium pizzas is ridiculous."

"We have been a customer of this Marcos since opening and have gone with the flow of good to average quality and service. Today they lost our order not once but twice and without apology wanted me to wait another 30 minutes."
