Did make a mistake on a drink b it quickly made the correct one and brought it right out. This is a nice Sonic. Nice employees. Just very busy, esp on a Friday right after school."

"I asked for a strawberry cheesecake master shake it was horrible there’s was like no strawberry in the shake I couldn’t even taste it the shake in general tasted bad and everything about it was not good there’s even a side of chocolate on the rim of the cup which I don’t understand the management here is awful I don’t recommend this sonic"

"This location is absolutely horrible. The staff is disrespectful. Customer service does not exist. I place a mobile order through the app (that I’ve done several times at other locations) at 7:26am asap order is 5-7min, I get there 10min later check in, about 5min later it says carhops is bringing my order, fast forward to 30min later, I called the store and the girl answers with an attitude and says there’s only 2 people working and they’re backed up I ask why it said my order was on the way out she said she didn’t know and would not give me an update on my order. Then I see 5 cars pull up afterward and immediately receive their food. I ask the girl about a refund and she said I’d have to go through the app which I didn’t know but asked her about my order and she said I don’t know about your order, well you do but for whatever reason you all were able to serve every other customer except for myself and the guy next to me. If you messed up fix your mistake. Also it’s probably best if there’s only 2 of you to not go hangout in the parking lot. Luckily I was able to get a refund instantly from the very helpful customer service lady from the app. This location is horrible and needs help. I know it’s hard to find good help these days but the people you have working right now need training especially on attitudes. I will NEVER visit this location again and probably not Sonic ever in general, as they’re all going downhill but this location faster than all of them. Do not go here. If you have to eat at Sonic maybe drive to one a little farther."

"After waiting 15 minutes this is what i got. Fries that could bust your tooth and a smashed burger with the bun half off. They closed the drive thru early so you were forced to park and order."

"I'm livid! I'm constantly having issues with this sonic. I always ask for whipped cream with a blast and about half of the time I get it. This time, I get a blast that is leaking and ask for a napkin, seems obvious to me not to bring it to me looking like this and how long did it take to get to me (See picture)!? Then I call and say I needed whipped cream, she says, "it's not free with the blast", I say, "fine, how much and I want it", my first clue was it took her a minute to figure out how much (this is because they charged me for a "pup cup", I'm not a dog)! Then it takes 15 minutes to bring it out. My blast is even more melted now (see picture)!"
