"Horrid customer service. I felt like I was the one that had done something wrong despite the fact that I had a receipt. And purchased in Texas. I was told that I could not get a refund on my American Express. I could only get a card with a credit on it. I didn't find anything I wanted. For an exchange. She still could not get the money onto the card. I just decided to give but this is the absolute worst customer service i've ever been around. Now I have fifty six dollars worth of something that I don't need. I honored and did the right thing by coming back with a receipt and the product's not damaged. My loss, your gain huge corporate craft store. I run a boutique and I would never treat people. The way that the girl in the store did. She just acts like you're annoying because you're upset over what happened, it's her energy, it's just really bad. U should act genuinely apologetic instead of rude"
