"My family and I decided to give this place a try. We received all of our meals but mine. No rolls with any meal. then 25 minutes later my plate was finally ready. When I had to walk back to the counter to check about it. I was then told they forgot to cook part of my order. I was told they would bring it out to me. They never came. Was definitely not a good experience."

"I love Grandys , but this is the second time I have got the scrambled egg breakfast and the eggs were super dry. The eggs are usually really moist. Can’t get through to talk to anyone at the Norman store."

"I’m so excited for Norman to get back a Grandy’s I was excited when I saw them, The restaurant it’s cute, clean and organized. The food was good I try different things and everything was great my favorite was the fried chicken, I will totally comeback. The location it’s perfect. I guess the only thing they should improve, it will be the employees some were really good, nice attentive and helpful but at the same time there were couple that might need extra training."

"Went last week for a sit down with my sons. The restaurant was clean and nice atmosphere. The service was good. The meatloaf is definitely some kind of mystery meat because it didn't taste anything like ground beef. One son's fries were cool and tasted old like they'd been sitting for a long time. The other son said his food was good. All of our rolls were flat and gummy on the inside like they hadn't cooked long enough. The cashier said they'd been open a couple of weeks, so hopefully they'll iron out the rough patches."

"Wow, wow, wow! Now, this is what I call an upgrade for Grandy's all over when it comes to setting the standard! The chicken tender dinner was superb, the place was phenomenal, and the employees were very nice. Everyone should try this location at least once to realize they're now the best Grandy's in Oklahoma."
