"In town for training for two weeks, I have eaten here twice. The first time was phenomenal. The service was great. Second time, the food was horrible! The service was not good. I wish I could remember the server's name from my first visit because he was great. The second time he wasn't there and it was noticeable."

"extremely disappointed today. we live in woodward Oklahoma, middle of no where so obviously we don’t have a Panda Express and wanted it, because all we have is a McDonald’s. now i have a 2 month old so we went in so i could sit down & change him in the bathroom. so we go ahead & order. while im ordering, first thing that went wrong. the lady making my order didn’t wear gloves, her hands touched my food multiple times. not to mention the food had tasted like it was left over from the day before & heated up. we got there about 12- 12:30 next thing, go to sit down & go to take my son to change him. bathroom door lock is completely broken, not even there. not only is that dangerous as anyone could walk in on a female completely vulnerable with her child. but disgusting. third & last thing? I walk in & no changing table so i had to change my kid on the sink with very limited space. & this bathroom isn’t a small one like it has no space for a changing table, it had PLENTY of room for a changing table. we will not be back."

"This has got to be the worst location I've ever been to. This is the "chow mein" I got. It was 99% VEGETABLES literally one bite of noodles. And the mushroom chicken had only TWO pieces of chicken in it. Ridiculous. Such a waste of money!"

"If I could give no stars, I would. I asked for triple sesame chicken. I was told there wasn’t enough for a triple but only a double. I asked if more could be cooked, she said yes and I said ok I’d like the triple. When I got to the window, I was given a double and when I tell you the meat was inedible, that’s an understatement. I waited at the window and told the lady I ordered a triple but was given a double. She then stated “I told you I only had enough for a double” I then reiterate that I said I would wait for more to be cooked. She then stated “oh, I didn’t hear you”. I then informed her that I personally would have thrown this meat in the trash because it’s inedible. She then asked me to pull around. I waited for new food. While I waited, I tried the chicken…it was basically burnt from sitting in the warmer for so long and very tough, almost like eating jerky. When the lady came back out to the car with the new food, she had an attitude. She also asked for the other box of food back…in my opinion, that is a really gross practice that needs to be stopped. You don’t know if that person is sick and then you take it back into the restaurant, it’s gross. I also told her to look at that food and maybe try it next time because I wouldn’t have fed that to my dog let alone a customer. I then asked for 3 packets of soy sauce because they never asked if I would like any condiments. She rolled her eyes and stomped back into the restaurant. This food was for my husband, he said the fried rice was so underdone it was still crunchy. This establishment needs to do better. You work for the customers, we don’t work for you. Also, serve food that you yourself would eat. I get that we are in an inflation but if the food has been sitting in the warmer so long that it’s inedible, throw it out and make new!"

"My first couple of visits the food was fresh and well done. Though short staffed the young lady at the counter managed to prep all of our orders and ring us up quickly. My third visit the customer service was great but the food not so much. I got a bowl with Honey Sesame Chicken and fried rice and the chicken was cooked perfectly but the rice was undercooked. Had I dined in I would have asked for fresh rice but I got my food to go and was already home and comfy by the time I noticed the rice wasnt cooked. The employees need to stop being in such a rush to get the food out and make sure it's cooked properly."
