"We have eaten at Empire many many times over the years, starting at the one in the Plaza district. The food is decent and at a reasonable price, but the last time we got 4 slices of pizza to go we noticed a $1 "Supply Fee" on our receipt. When we asked the guy who we placed the order with what it was for, he said that it was to cover the cost of the to-go containers. There was no obvious notice of this additional fee for to-go orders in the restaurant or on their website. I would rather they just include that in the price of the items, even if the menu cost goes up. It's bad business to add fees on a receipt without notice."

"First time trying their pizza, ordered a large pepperoni pie. Crust, cheese and pepperoni were all fine, but almost no sauce. Hard to eat through one slice, being so dry. As a New Yorker here in Okc, this isn't the way."

"The service was great! The trainee tagging along with our waitress was obviously more passionate than the kitchen staff… the food has raw cheese, and I get it, cheese can be eaten right out of the bag… but I didn’t get out of my own kitchen and drive 30 miles just to eat cold cheese out of someone else’s fridge you know? Let alone pay for it… the pizza itself was crisp on the bottom which is a good sign, but it was raw in the middle and fried on top.. this is a sign the ovens are too hot and they are going for quantity over quality. The fat tony, everyone’s favorite pizza here… had so much cheese on it that the rest of the toppings were cold. The people that I was with were talking about how “the pizza is never like this” but this is the third time I’ve been here with the exact same results. I will not get off my couch to come here and eat the swill that a 2-year old could bake in an easy bake oven. The fat tony comes with red onions, the onions however tasted like they had been left in a plastic container and covered with plastic wrap for two days. It was as if B.O had been turned into pizza… Thanks."

"I love that Edmond got an Empire!!! My daughter and I went tonight and got the Garlic Knots and two slices of their daily slice pizzas. They have a list that they will drop at your table that will tell you their daily slice options. They are $4.25. Their menu is a QR code you scan. The Garlic Knots are garlicy and served with a side of marinara. Who doesn't love Garlic breath? The pizzas are thin crust with a nice, crispy bottom. I love the Fat Tony and white pizza. I recommend these if they are on the menu. While we waited for the pizza, it was fun looking at all the posters on the wall. Service was good, immediately greeted when we came in the door, our server promptly greeted us and offered the specials. She answered any questions we had and checked back on us throughout our visit."
