"Inattentive to say the least. Came to the outlet mall to see hands on sales but couldn’t even get a dressing room. I waited for more than 5 minutes to be helped. I can understand short staffing or a busy store but this was not the case. If you want business in malls to continue, your customer service has to be professional and efficient. That did not show today in this location. Disappointed and will choose not to come back."

I had my arms full of clothes, walking around having to set everything down while checking other items and finding my size!! I had to track a lady down for a dressing room. No help while in the dressing room either!! I do love the shorts you sell, because they fit me better then any store I’ve tried so that’s why your getting more then 1 stars. I bought 4 outfits and love them for the most part! Customer service is just horrible I will say the lady that rang me out was a sweetheart and very helpful while ringing me out. "Brought my husband in to get some much needed shorts and clothes for summer during the holiday weekend and he was able to find what he liked and try them on easily. The prices were great and the selection was good as well. The check out process was quick and easy and the store was clean and well organized. Would highly recommend."
